Seeking outstanding math and science tutors!
If you enjoy making a difference in students' lives by helping them succeed academically then this position was made for you. This position provides you with the opportunity to mentor and tutor several students through their high school year(s). You will be making a positive impact on students’ education by helping them in one-on-one sessions to build their confidence and knowledge base in a variety of areas.
What you’ll be tutoring (depending on your subject area expertise):
- MATH: ranging from pre-algebra to AP calculus
- SCIENCE: subjects ranging from physical science to chemistry to physics
- STUDY SKILLS: including note taking, preparing for tests, and staying organized
- OTHER: occasional help with English, social studies, etc.
