A sweet Horse Shoe, NC family is seeking a reliable, part-time nanny to care for their 3-month-old son on a consistent weekly schedule. This role is ideal for a nurturing, attentive caregiver who enjoys working with infants and understands the importance of routine, responsiveness, and creating a calm, supportive environment during early development.

The family is looking for someone who can follow an established routine while remaining attentive to their son’s cues, helping maintain a smooth and happy household. They value safety, consistency, and trust, and are excited to build a strong relationship with a nanny who will become an important part of their child’s early life. Occasional date night care on select weekends may also be available for those interested in additional hours.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing attentive, loving infant care

• Diapering, feeding, and supporting nap routines

• Engaging in gentle, age-appropriate developmental activities

• Assisting with range-of-motion exercises as directed

• Light, child-focused housekeeping (bottles, baby laundry, tidying play areas)

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior infant care experience and genuine passion for working with infants

• Calm, patient, and nurturing personality

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible

• CPR and First Aid Certification

• Clean background check

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• High school diploma or GED

• Knowledge of developmental milestones
